SINGAPORE (May 15): Singapore Post (SingPost) and Synagie Corporation will be collaborating to provide on-demand warehousing and fulfilment solutions to SMEs in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Synagie eyes Vietnam e-commerce market expansion with new brand partner

SINGAPORE (Apr 4): Synagie Corporation has announced expansion plans to Vietnam’s e-commerce market by signing one of the world’s biggest luxury beauty companies as its first brand partner to use Synagie’s e-commerce enablement solutions to help them grow in the country.

Through the group’s end-to-end commerce enablement and fulfilment solutions are achieved using a cloud-based Synagie platform, which leverages on technologies such as cloud computing, big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI).

Synagie’s new brand partner was not named.

Synagie signs Kanebo, Sloggi as brand partners for regional e-commerce marketing & distribution

SINGAPORE (Oct 24): E-commerce solutions provider Synagie Corp has announced Japanese skincare and cosmetics brand Kanebo as well as Sloggi, the intimate apparels brand under Triumph International, as the latest addition to its list of brand partners.

Specifically, Synagie will assist in the marketing and distribution of Kanebo products across e-commerce platforms in Malaysia including Lazada and Shopee.

It will do the same for Sloggi products in Singapore’s e-commerce market across platforms such as Beautiful.me, Qoo10 and Zalora, on top of Lazada and Shopee.

Supermarket, e-commerce plays draw investor interest: CGS-CIMB

SINGAPORE (Sept 14): CGS-CIMB Research is keeping its “overweight” rating on the consumer sector, amid optimism that a better-than-expected GDP growth rate in 2018 could spur retail consumption.

The brokerage hosted a Consumer Day on Sept 11, and says investors were largely positive on domestic supermarket plays and also expressed interest in learning about the key value propositions of the e-commerce companies.

Synagie Corp eyes net proceeds of $9.8 mil from Catalist IPO at 27 cents per share

SINGAPORE (July 30): E-commerce solutions provider Synagie Corporation has launched its initial public offering (IPO) to list on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with a total of 43 million invitation shares offered at 27 cents apiece.

Some 3.8 million shares will offered via the public tranche, while the remaining 39.2 million shares will be available by way of placement. The invitation shares will represent 16.4% of Synagie’s post-invitation share capital of 261.7 million shares.
