Parkway Life REIT 4Q DPU down 2.9% to 3.28 cents due to absence of divestment gain

SINGAPORE (Jan 28): The manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT), one of Asia’s largest listed healthcare REITs, announced Distribution per Unit (DPU) of 3.28 cents and 12.87 cents for the 4Q18 and FY18 ended Dec 2018 respectively.

DPU for 4Q18 and FY18 declined y-o-y by 2.9% and 3.5% respectively, due to the absence of one-off distribution of divestment gain. Excluding the one-off gain, DPU from recurring operations registered a y-o-y increase of 3.9% and 3.4% from 4Q17 and FY17 respectively.

SINGAPORE (Oct 25) The manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT) has announced a DPU of 3.23 cents for 3Q18 ended Sept.

Due to the absence of the one-off distribution of divestment gain, there was a y-o-y decline in overall DPU of 4.1% in 3Q18. However, DPU from recurring operations increased by 2.7% from 3Q17.

DPU for the nine months ended Sept 30 (YTD 3Q18) came in at 9.59 cents.

Parkway Life REIT 4Q DPU grows 10.6% to 3.38 cents on divestment gains

SINGAPORE (Jan 26): The manager of Parkway Life REIT (PLife REIT) has announced a 4Q17 distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.38 cents, growing 10.6% on-year from a DPU of 3.06 in 4Q16 due to the one-off distribution of divestment gains.

This brings total DPU for FY17 to 13.35 cents, up 10.2% from 12.12 cents in FY16.

Gross revenue in 4Q declined by 0.7% to $27.5 million from $27.7 million previously as a result of the depreciation of the JPY.

This REIT has one of the strongest earnings visibilities, says DBS

SINGAPORE (Nov 10): DBS is reiterating its “buy” call on Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust with a higher target price of $3.10.

Parkway Life REIT yesterday announced that 3Q17 DPU increased 10.1% to 3.37 cents from 3.06 cents last year on divestment gains.

SINGAPORE (Nov 9): The manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust reported today a Distribution per Unit (DPU) of 3.37 cents for 3Q17, up 10.1% from 3.06 cents last year.

Excluding the distribution of one-time divestment gains from the divestment of four Japan properties, DPU growth from recurring operations registered a steady increase of 2.8% for 3Q17.

In addition, Parkway East Hospital’s adjusted hospital revenue for the 10th year lease has outperformed its minimum guaranteed rent, attributing to the increase in 3Q17 DPU.

SINGAPORE (July 26): Lim & Tan Securities likes ParkwayLife REIT (PLife REIT) for its long-term prospects, driven by rising demand for quality private healthcare in Asia Pacific given its fast-ageing population.

PLife REIT reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.32 cents in 2Q17, a 10.3% increase from the same period last year.

SINGAPORE (July 25): Parkway Trust Management, as manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, has declared a DPU of 3.32 cents for 2Q17, representing a 10.3% increase over the DPU of 3.01 cents in 2Q16.

This was supported divestment gains of $5.39 million from the asset recycling exercise completed in February, which are being distributed equally over the four quarters of the FY17 ended Dec.

But excluding contribution from the distribution of these gains, distributable income from operations grew by 2.9% in 2Q17 to $18.7 million.

SINGAPORE (Jan 25): The manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT) announced lower DPUs of 3.06 cents and 12.12 cents for the 4Q16 and FY16 ended Dec on absence of a one-off gain.

Excluding the one-off distribution of divestment gains arising from PLife REIT’s maiden divestment of seven Japan properties in December 2014, the DPU from recurring operations continued to grow 2.3% y-o-y for 4Q16 and 2.8% y-o-y for FY16.
