SINGAPORE (Oct 3): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Tuesday morning:

Activity in Singapore's manufacturing sector rose for the 11th consecutive month in September to hit a more than six year high, a survey showed on Monday.

Roxy-Pacific is acquiring freehold residential sites located at 2 and 6 Guillemard Lane for a total consideration of $33.5 million. Shares in Roxy-Pacific closed at 54 cents on Monday.

Stung by recent criticisms for its weak corporate governance, YuuZoo Corporation has expanded its board and senior management team with the appointment of two board members and five new members. Shares in YuuZoo closed 0.1 cent higher at 6.4 cents.

Frasers Centrepoint Limited has agreed to acquire its JV partner’s 25% stake in Frasers (UK) from SQ International. The consideration for the acquisition was GBP5.6 million ($9.9 million) and arrived at on a willing-buyer, willing-seller basis. Shares in Frasers Centrepoint Limited closed at $2.09.

CWT's independent directors have recommended shareholders to accept HNA Holding Group's $2.33 per share offer for logistics firm CWT. Shares in CWT closed 1 cent lower at $2.33 on Monday.

All three US indices ended at fresh records. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.7% to 22,557.60, the wider S&P 500 rose 0.39% to 2,529.12 while the Nasdaq index climbed 0.32% to 6,516.72.

The Straits Times Index kick off the week with a 42.19-point or 1.3% gain at 3,262.1 on Monday. Volume of shares traded was 1.3 billion units worth $906 million. Excluding warrants there were 259 rises versus 139 falls.
