This year’s theme explores an important social issue: the impact of perfectionism in our society. Feel the love | Cé La Vie
The Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA) brings love and artistic flair to Cé La Vie Singapore with a three-hour boundary-defying party-meets-art spectacle on May 26 and 27 at 7pm in the Club Lounge.
As part of SIFA 2023 organised by Arts House Limited, the riotous evening called “Love Divine” kicks off with a stunning performance, Still Lives (Marina Bay), by rope artists Daniel Kok and Luke George. That’s followed by Children of Venus, a sassy performance directed by the Queen of Burlesque, Sukki, which speaks of feminist power. It stars burlesque trio The Glamourettes, renowned drag artist Becca D’Bus, contemporary sensual performer Francesca Harriman, aerial artist Adelene Chua, and burlesque aficionado Lychee Bye.
