Childhood nostalgia
Konstantino Blokbergen, founder of Firebake — Woodfired Bakehouse & Restaurant, goes back to his childhood this Christmas with three festive heritage dishes to be available only in December — his mother’s Greek Cookies Melomakarona ($10++ for six); Festive Chicken ($50++), a family favourite; and a classic German dessert, the Christmas Kugelhopf ($25++). Do order in advance for both dine-in and take-away requests, as production of these dishes is limited.

The brunch bunch
Aside from classic Italian favourites prepared à la minute and a live carving station, highlights of Zafferano’s Christmas Day Brunch include a Christmas dessert bar that offers an array of assorted macarons and homemade tiramisu.
