Sunday bubbly
Raise your glasses to Andaz Singapore’s Alley on 25 Champagne brunch buffet – a one-day-only ticketed gastronomic event set to transform the dining venue into a trove of festive highlights including Baked shakshuka, Prime ribeye, Coq au vin and a range of adorable and whimsical Easter chocolates. While guests can enjoy unlimited glasses of Delamotte Champagne, wines and Andaz Pale Ale, seafood lovers are also invited enjoy a free flow of fresh seafood bar on ice as families and little ones are kept entertained by Easter activities and roving entertainment.

Porta Fine Food & Import Company serves up its Funny Bunny Easter Brunch with a 10-item gourmet brunch list of its ever-popular comfort food. Keep the bubbly flowing with The Great Prosecco Countdown: The first glass of Prosecco starts at $10++, and is subtracted by $2++ with each additional glass until it counts down to free flow on the house from the sixth glass onwards. Aside from a fun-filled day of family-friendly Easter themed activities, there will also be a lucky dip where diners stand to win one-night staycation prizes at Park Hotel Clarke Quay.

An Italian Easter
Gather round over a joyous Italian-style brunch on the eve of Easter Sunday at Zafferano, whose head chef Emanuele Faggi will be presenting a specially-curated selection of antipasti, pastas and risottos alongside a carving station and Easter dessert bar (featured in main image). Highlights include Queensland lamb, live seasonal oysters, Easter butter cake and a free flow of house wine, beer, soft drinks and other beverages – not to mention an unlimited pouring of Prosecco or Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne.

For nearly a month, Pacific Marketplace at Pan Pacific is retailing its selection of Easter eggs, animal chocolates and hot cross buns to enliven your Easter gatherings. Delight in Italy’s tradition of indulging in the classic sweetbread, Colomba di Pasqua, for Easter – or be among the first to sample Pacific Marketplace’s new Egg-chanted Black Forest Entremet. The egg-shaped cake resembles a fresh meadow adorned with chocolate flowers and ladybirds, and contains decadent layers of dark chocolate mousse, Kirsch white cream and Morello cherry compote.

Getting high on tea
High tea sessions at Grand Park City Hall’s Tablescape Restaurant & Bar just got sweeter over the Easter weekend with an array of sweet and savoury treats to be accompanied by a round of specialty coffee or tea from The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. The highlight is a Dessert Trolley of house-made sweets and confectioneries, which feature the restaurant & bar’s signature favourites such as Spicy Mango, Raspberry Lychee with Almond Cake and Camembert Cheesecake.
