Hello, sunshine
The weather report says sunny days are ahead. So protect your eyes from the harmful sun’s rays with a pair of shades by Carolina Herrera. The collection — suitably named ‘Fun in the Sun’ — is featured in an advertising campaign shot by fashion photographer Dario Catellani. Also highlighted: Model Mica Argañaraz, portrayed by the pool on the Cote d’Azur, in a sophisticated yet playful atmosphere.

A case for the mobile phone
Two German lifestyle brands MCM and XOUXOU come together to present their common philosophy and mutual vision on progression, creativity, inclusivity and movement. A range of functional solutions for the digital world is introduced such as a new handsfree mobile phone case, designed exclusively for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Taylor-Joy’s new move
Queen’s Gambit actress Anya Taylor-Joy has a new role as that of Dior’s fashion and beauty ambassador. In one of her debut roles for the fashion house, she is featured wearing the Dior Addict lipstick. These lip shades are made with ingredients that are infused with floral lip care to give it an additional shine.

Mad about hats
Hats are no longer used to hide a bad hair day — with a baseball cap by Loro Piana, you will want it as a fashion statement. This elegant six-segment Baseball Cap is made from a selection of the Maison’s fine and distinctive fabrics. The various models include the classic folding design in Wind microfibre treated with Storm System — a process created in 1994 to transform the finest materials into water and wind-resistant fabrics. Versions are also available in cashmere, vicuña or velvet cashmere, treated with Storm System and with a wool and cashmere flannel lining and seamless front.

The green traveller
Tumi launches a new collection that embraces the juxtaposition of the digital and the natural. They explored how modern technology is used to sustainably recreate and reimagine natural resources. The introduction of innovative, recycled materials and pieces that are built to last support this commitment to sustainability. The Alpha Bravo luggage collection has evolved over the last decade with the latest collection that is sustainable, durable and modular. Recycled materials were used to create the ballistic nylon in several styles. Many other high-touch points were crafted using recycled materials, without compromising the collection’s signature built- to-last standards.

London calling
Model and actress Kaia Gerber (right) — daughter of 1990s supermodel Cindy Crawford — and actor Austin Butler was seen out and about in London last month. Gerber was dressed in Celine by Hedi Slimane, worn with a double-breasted Lauren coat in tweed, a bucket hat and a shoulder Triomphe Veau Satine bag.
