Social media ready

The Casio TR-M11 mini camera is for all selfie queens
The Kardashian clan has the art of taking amazing and gorgeous selfies down pat. But not all of us can afford a professional hairstylist and make-up artist. That is why we welcome the new TR-M11 mini camera by Casio, which incorporates LEDs to provide lighting that selfies require. Here are six reasons why we love it: Fresh mode: All nine LED lights can be utilised to make the skin look bright and fresh Sculpt mode: Use the upper three LED lights to give the face a sculpted look Slim mode: Switch on the upper and lower three LEDs to produce a slimming effect Two Shadow mode: Use either the three leftmost or three rightmost LEDs to create arresting side-lit portraits Catch Light mode: Use the ring light to highlight the eyes and make them sparkle Make-up mode: The make-up functions not only enhance the eyes and lips, but also automatically detect skin imperfections and make them less noticeable in pictures

A traveller's timepiece
The Parmigiani Fleurier Toric Hé misphè res Ré trograde is the ultimate traveller’s watch. Its two time zones allow any two locations to be paired. With its knurled bezel — the signature feature of the Toric family — the case of this timepiece was the first creation designed by Michel Parmigiani in 1996. The Toric Hé misphè res Ré trograde is available in a rose-gold case paired with a grained white dial. The movement is decorated with a Cô tes de Genè ve finish and circular-grained to the highest haute horlogerie standards.

Inspired by myths and legends
Anya Hindmarch’s autumn/winter 2017 collection journeys through the romanticised notions of winter, wanderlust and the darker motifs found in Old Norse folklore. The Orsett Top Handle Mini Circle in Black Mini Grain is a soft day bag inspired by an artist’s satchel. Topped with a leather luggage handle, this mini version makes an ideal cross-body bag. Suede, goldtone hardware and a leather strap complete this Orsett.

Stylish in Italy
A merican socialite Olivia Palermo is clearly the right choice as Max&Co International Style Ambassador. At the Milan Fashion Week, the model and fashion consultant looked chic in a coat, jumper, blouse and trousers by Max&Co.

It’s in the bag
Saint Laurent has released a slew of accessories for spring/summer 2018. The bags are gorgeous and in a multitude of shades. Fans of big bags — for stuffing everything from an iPad and two phones to a book, some magazines and a bottle of mineral water — will love this large college leather bag in black and white.

Nuts and bolts
Jewellery designer Carolyn Kan can turn the most mundane objects into wearable pieces of art. The Carrie K. Nut and Bolt 2.0 collection, inspired by nuts and bolts, includes necklaces, earrings, ear jackets and rings. Prices range from $128 to $358. Available at 01-01 National Design Centre.
