SINGAPORE (Dec 4): Berluti designer Haider Ackermann has unleashed his inner rock star with his fall/winter 2017 collection. The wardrobe staples — especially the boots and bomber jackets — will give you a heavy metal vibe. The boots have a low-cut design and a shape that makes slipping them on and off a breeze. They come in black glazed calf, Mogano and scarlet Venezia leather, as well as an exclusive lizard version. Match the boots with a bomber jacket and you can look like Jon Bon Jovi. Pick from three different styles of jackets:
- Glossy lambskin style featuring a removable shearling collar with alligator detailing in rich crimson
- Calfskin nubuck style in military khaki with lambskin trim, fixed shearling collar, quilted off-white silk lining and wool ribbing
- An anthracite 100% cashmere style with a fixed shearling collar and an alligator undercollar in deep emerald, a signature colour in the fall collection
