Rihanna teams up with Chopard for exquisite, high-end collection
Rihanna has been using jewellery by Chopard on and off red-carpet events. The maison has taken that relationship a step further by coming out with the Rihanna heartChopard Haute Joaillerie, a collection of jaw-dropping pieces that capture the star’s bold and unique style.

RiRi, as she is affectionately known in the industry, burst into the music scene with her first hit, Umbrella, in 2007. She has won numerous awards since. More importantly, she has taken creative control by producing her own music.

Chopard saw these amazing qualities in the Barbadian beauty and decided to work closely with Rihanna to develop the dazzling collection. Of the collaboration, Rihanna says: “I have always been in love with Chopard’s exquisite jewellery, so to actually design a collection with them is something I still can’t believe. It was a really incredible process and I learned so much! I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”

We did see it, as Rihanna wore her amazing jewels and walked the red carpet at the Festival de Cannes in May, to celebrate Chopard’s 20th year as the official partner of the film festival. The collection was inspired by Rihanna’s island roots — the lush gardens of Barbados and the electrifying atmosphere of its carnivals.
