Stylishly sharp
Tom Ford has done it again.  Its spring/summer 2018 collection for men will have you looking sharp in no time. This season is all about strong tailoring, which is Ford’s strongest point. Lightweight materials are used while the casual line goes big on colours in luxurious fabrics such as silk suede. Complementing this is the footwear collection that focuses on shades and animal print. Sneakers are given a leather treatment with vinyl logo details. Pull the whole look together with some of the most luxurious leather bags — backpacks or holdalls — and you cannot go wrong.

Innovative eyewear
The Porsche Design Flowing Titanium eyewear collection combines high-quality and innovative technologies. The P’8649 — Performance Sun is made from 100% titanium with an integrated spring hinge for maximum lightness and flexibility. For a futuristic aesthetic, the P’8288 — Performance RX’s design is based on the silhouette of the Porsche 911. Dynamic lines characterised by ultralight frames are supplemented by sides of Rodenstock high-performance polyamide. The frames are made in Japan.

Complex complication simplified
Hublot’s Big Bang Unico GMT features a new patented proprietary module that enables the second time zone to be updated instantly by a push-button, allowing the local time to be read easily via the conventional main hand of the watch. Both time zones occupy the same display space on the dial, ensuring optimum legibility. In a 45mm case, the timepiece is available in a titanium or carbon fibre version, on a structured, ribbed black and blue natural rubber strap. Both versions are equipped with the “One Click” interchangeable strap system.

Power sleep
The new MaxCoil FORREST Amethyst mattress collection is developed in partnership with Turkish manufacturer Boyteks. It features innovative microencapsulated technology as well as negative ion properties. Each of the three models boasts layers of luxurious padding, engineered to complement individually pocketed spring systems to deliver the perfect balance of support and comfort according to your needs. Available at MaxCoil boutiques, Courts, Gain City and major showrooms.

Classical twist
Paul Smith brings back the suit in its 2018 autumn collection for men, but with conventional designs such as the Prince of Wales checks and houndstooth print. This is a throwback to Smith’s younger days spent in the English countryside. Modern touches are also added such as smooth satin lapels and jacquard wool sleeves woven with dancing fairies.

Underwater world
Marine species and other amazing sea creatures can now be observed using PowerRay, the first consumer underwater drone. This underwater robot is set to redefine fishing and diving experiences for hobbyists with a keen interest in photography and videography. The PowerRay is equipped with an Ultra HD 95-degree wide-angle underwater camera, which provides real-time 1080P transmission of underwater images and videos and supports 4K 30fps video recording and five images Fast Burst Shot with 12 million pixels. The user-friendly robot responds to a controller, mobile app, phone or virtual reality somatosensory operations, depending on the needs of different users and scenarios.
