Raise your glasses with a resounding 'Ganbei' as table65 and CHIFA! — two Michelin-starred restaurants at Resorts World Sentosa — unveil an exclusive Bai Jiu cocktail experience to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

The Bai Jiu Shake Up is a collaborative pop-up that features the mixological expertise of Hope & Sesame, ranked No. 39 in Asia’s Best Bars 2023, and Bar Sanyou, a Chinese-spirits-focused venture by Hope & Sesame. Co-founders Bastien Ciocca of Hope & Sesame and Heaven Zhang, the head mixologist at Bar Sanyou, have masterfully crafted six unique cocktails, each with its own captivating narrative.

One standout creation is the RWSling, a distinctive twist on the iconic Singapore Sling, featuring Bai Jiu, tamarind vanilla moutai, and a symphony of fruity notes including banana, cherry, pomegranate, and pineapple.

These exceptional cocktails are available for individual order at table65 and CHIFA! until March 31. Moreover, during the festive period from February 13 to 19, they can be enjoyed as delightful drink pairings as part of the restaurants' special Lunar New Year menus.
