SINGAPORE (Nov 12): In today’s digital world, highly regulated industries like financial services are struggling to adapt to how their customers are interacting digitally with businesses. From mailing signed copies to requiring customers to physically be in a bank branch, financial services seem woefully behind in this area.

This is where client engagement start-up Moxtra comes in. Moxtra, which provides an embeddable secure messaging and business collaboration service for the mobile on-demand era, aims to help companies and industries solve the issue of digital interactions without compromising on compliance standards.

“Banks have more and more digital services, which means they need to have the capabilities to do digital on-boarding and digital relationships which need to have digital engagement,” says Jinendra Jain, Moxtra’s senior director, product management, in an interview with The Edge Singapore.
