SINGAPORE (Feb 7): Ride hailing app, Grab, has launched GrabCoach to serve group travellers and corporate customers.

The service now offers a fleet of 200 coaches, comprising of 13-seaters, 23-seaters and 40-seaters. Fares are fixed with respective prices of $65, $95 and $150 for a one-way trip.

Grab says that the service provides small fleet owners with access to Grab’s passenger base, while streamlining their communications and payments through the Grab app. Through GrabPay, GrabCoach accepts cash and cashless payment options like credit cards, AliPay, Android Pay and GrabPay Credits.

The service can also be booked on-demand — or up to seven days in advance — for family holidays, weddings and corporate functions. Passengers will be able to access their driver’s profile and track their location in real time once a booking is confirmed.
