The manager of Ascendas REIT says the REIT will issue 133,948,782 preferential offering new units at $2.96 per unit, further to its announcement on Dec 3.

With the issue of the new units, the total number of units in issue under the REIT stands at 4,018,562,150.

The new units will be listed and quoted on the mainboard of the SGX-ST at 9am on Dec 9.

Units in Ascendas REIT closed flat at $2.93 on Dec 8.
