Keppel Bay Tower has been converted into a limited liability partnership following the acquisition by the manager of Keppel REIT.

Keppel REIT (Singapore) Trust and Keppel REIT have entered into a limited liability partnership on May 21 to regulate the partnership of Keppel Bay Tower LLP.
