SINGAPORE (July 3): Mandarin Oriental International has seen its shares rocket over the past month after the company said on June 5 that it was undertaking a review of its long-term strategic options with regard to The Excelsior, Hong Kong. But some analysts warn that any gain from the monetisation of the property might already be reflected in its stock price.
