1 US President Donald Trump is blaming China for the stall in denuclearisation talks with North Korea. Trump had tweeted that China was aiding North Korea through funding, fuel, fertiliser and other resources — characterising the Chinese efforts as “not helpful”. China says it is enforcing United Nations sanctions on the rogue regime.
