Singapore Press Holdings has announced that there is a delay in the Keppel Scheme Meeting. Originally, based on an agreement between SPH and Keppel Corp, the Keppel Scheme Meeting was to be held no later than Dec 8. However, the agreement allowed for a delay the delay arises solely from certain “Specified Events”. These include obtaining the requisite approvals from regulators such as the SIC and the SGX-ST or finalisation of the IFA’s opinion.
