<a href="https://www.theedgesingapore.com/tags/keppel-pacific-oak-us-reit" target="_blank">Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT</a> Managment has appointed Bridget Lee Siow Pei to its board as a non-executive, non-independent director, replacing Paul Tham.

Tham will be stepping down from the board with effect from 20 October 2021 to "pursue other opportunities", after having served for more than four years on the board.

In a release, the REIT revealed that Lee is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Keppel Capital and Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Capital Alternative Asset.

She has more than 20 years of experience in investment, corporate finance as well as mergers and acquisitions in investment companies and financial institutions in Asia and the US. Prior to joining the Keppel Group in 2017, Lee spent over 12 years with Mapletree Investments and Temasek Holdings.

At Mapletree, she oversaw China real estate markets, while at Temasek, she covered various investment groups including the real estate and financial institutions sectors.

Units of Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT closed flat at 79 cents on Oct 19.
