SIIC Environment secures expansion for wastewater treatment project in Heilongjiang
SIIC also announced it has commenced commercial operations on seven projects in China.

SIIC Environment Holdings has announced its 58%-owned subsidiary, the Baoqing Branch Office of the Shuangyashan Longjiang Environmental Water Co, has signed a supplementary agreement with the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Baoqing County for the upgrade and expansion of the Baoqing wastewater treatment plant project.

The expansion involves upgrading the discharge standard of the existing capacity of 20,000 tonnes from Class I Standard B to Class I Standard A. SIIC Environment will also increase the capacity of the project by an additional 20,000 tonnes.
