KSH Holdings has secured a $171.8 million design and build contract under the Biopolis Phase 6 development in one-north as well as works at the adjacent Buona Vista Node of the rail corridor from HB Universal, a wholly-owned subsidiary Ho Bee Land.
Under the scope of the project, KSH will construct the proposed Biomedical Sciences development consisting of a 12-storey tower block with two basement carparks and rail corridor works at North Buona Vista Drive (Queenstown Planning Area).
The project, which will boost KSH’s order book to over $615 million, is expected to commence in April and will be completed in 27 months.
