OxPay's managing director Tan Chee Keong resigns
In a bourse filing on Jan 10, the company said that Tan resigned as he wanted to “pursue other career opportunities”.

OxPay Financial’s managing director, Tan Chee Keong, has resigned. Tan’s resignation will be effective on July 1.

In a bourse filing on Jan 10, the company said that Tan resigned as he wanted to “pursue other career opportunities”.

Tan was appointed as the company’s managing director when it was still known as MC Payment in July 2021. Prior to his appointment, he was on the board as a non-executive and independent director.

Tan was appointed to the board in June 2021 with four other directors, including controlling shareholder, Ching Chiat Kwong.

Shares in OxPay closed 0.2 cent lower or 1.55% down at 12.7 cents on Jan 10.
