SINGAPORE (June 28): Koh Brothers Group, the construction, property development and engineering solutions provider, announced that its first freehold development project in South Korea is 96% sold.

Located in the prime Gangnam district, Seoul, Koh Brothers’ 45%-owned property, Nonhyeon I’PARK, comprises 99 apartment units, 194 OfficeTel SoHo units and 53 retail units within a land area of 4,611 sqm and gross floor area of 30,816 sqm.

The upscale apartment units range from 70 sqm for a 1-bedroom unit to 125 sqm for a 3-bedroom unit. The OfficeTel units consist 1- and 2-bedroom units and loft units boasting a ceiling height of 4.25 metres, ranging between 67 sqm and 85 sqm, while retail units range from 50 sqm to 150 sqm.

Redevelopment is expected to be completed in 2020 and the project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s financial performance from the financial year ending Dec 31.

Shares in Koh Brothers closed at 28 cents on Thursday.
