SINGAPORE (Feb 4): Airport and airline catering ­services may still be the mainstay of SATS’ business, but the company has been building up a diversified business that has turned it into a play on urbanisation and growth in Asia. Apart from stakes in airport services at key gateways — in Japan, China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia — SATS has also formed partnerships that have expanded its food business into institutional catering and food distribution.
