SINGAPORE (May 24): ISOTeam says it recently secured seven new contracts amounting to $52.58 million, including a $46.54 million mega-contract.

Under the mega-contract, ISOTeam will convert the existing retail, theatre lobby and theatre 2 at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) integrated resort to a nightclub and restaurant cum bar, with ancillary live entertainment across multiple floors at the resort.

The group expects to complete this project in March 2019.

Other contract wins include the development of a park connector at Tanjong Rhu Promenade by Sept 2019, as well as a number of interior design (ID), repair & redecoration (R&R), and coating and painting (C&P) projects which ISOTeam targets to complete in 2018.

In a press release on Thursday, ISOTeam says the latest contract marks the single largest project won in the group’s corporate history, as well as the third project it has been awarded by MBS.

Anthony Koh, executive director and CEO of ISOTeam, sees clear revenue visibility stretching into 2019 with the latest set of contract wins.

“The latest project awarded underscores the calibre of our people and the quality of work that we consistently deliver. We plan to continue our pursuit of such large scale projects where ISOTeam’s integrated capabilities can be best put to use,” says Koh.

“As always, we will continue to explore suitable business opportunities to ensure that we have a steady pipeline of projects,” he adds.

Shares in ISOTeam closed flat at 36 cents on Wednesday.
