What does 3 digital access mean?

It means you will have access to 3 digital replicas of the print version of The Edge Singapore that can be viewed on your:
• Desktop/laptop (Mac and Windows);
• Tablet (Android and iOS); and
• Smartphone (Android and iOS).

What does web-based digital non-replica issue mean?

It means you will have access to a mobile-friendly version of The Edge Singapore in a different layout.

What is The Edge Collection 1-Year Plan?

It is a subscription package worth $118 that allows you to enjoy access to The Edge Singapore across different platforms.

You will get:
• 52 issues of the print version of The Edge Singapore;
• 3 digital access to the digital replica version in digital.theedgesingapore.com;
• New digital access to Digital Edge, a web-based digital non-replica issue; and
• 1 digital access to The Edge Malaysia in digital.theedgemalaysia.com.

I am an existing subscriber. Can I top up and upgrade to the new plans?

Yes, you can. Existing subscribers can contact our Customer Service Representatives at (65) 6232 8622 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) to put in your request. Alternatively, you may email your request to [email protected].

When will the digital replica be available for download?

The Edge Singapore digital replica will be available at 9am on Fridays.
The Edge Malaysia digital replica will be available at 9am on Saturdays.
Digital Edge digital non replica will be available at 9am on Mondays.

Are there any delivery charges?

We provide FREE delivery of the print version of The Edge Singapore to all subscribers with a Singapore address. Delivery charges will apply accordingly for all non-Singapore addresses.

What should I do if I encounter issues regarding non-delivery of the newspaper?

If you experience any issues pertaining to delivery of the print edition of the newspaper, please alert us promptly by contacting our Customer Service at (65) 6232 8622 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) no later than 3 days after the delivery scheduled date.

I do not live in Singapore. Can I subscribe to The Edge Singapore subscription package?

Yes, you can. The delivery rates are as stated below:

How do I pay for my subscription?

You can make payment for your subscription through one of the following methods:
a. By credit card

Please provide us with your credit card details in the subscription form and send the form to us via email to [email protected] or fax to (65) 6232 8630.
b. By cheque

The cheque should be payable to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd. Please mail your cheque, along with the completed subscription form, to:

c. Online

Log in to the subscription webpage at subscribe.theedgesingapore.com. Fill in the necessary details in the online subscription form and submit it via Paypal.

We have a number of subscribers who are paying via Bank TT and Cheque where can we leave them instructions on how to pay via Bank TT and Cheque?

You will pay offline, and we create online account for them.

When will my subscription commence?

a. Print version

Please allow two to three weeks after receipt of payment for delivery to commence.

b. Digital replica

You will have access to the digital replica once you have successfully activated your Username and Password. We will send you an email with your Username and Password as well as instructions on how to download, install and activate your digital access.

You can upgrade your current subscription to any of the subscription packages.

Can I cancel my subscription package?

No, subscription to The Edge Singapore cannot be refunded or cancelled.

If I am away for a period of time, can my subscription be temporarily suspended? Will I get an extension on my subscription for the period suspended?

No, subscription plans cannot be suspended or extended. If sufficient advance notice is provided, however, we can arrange for the delivery of the print version to be postponed until you return. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of the issue if you would like to postpone.

Can I make changes to my subscription details such as delivery address, email address and phone numbers?

Yes, you can. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (65) 6232 8622 or email us at [email protected]. You can also auto-update your details through our subscription page.

How do I get the digital replica of The Edge Singapore on my desktop/tablet/smartphone?

Desktop or laptop computer (Windows and Mac):
1. Select the link based on the title you have subscribed to.
2. Click the link and click on the “My Profile” icon.
3. When prompted, enter your username (email address) and password. For new registered users, your password is the same as what you used during registration.
4. For existing subscribers, the password is defaulted to the same as the current app. If you cannot recall your password, you click on “Forgot your password” and a password change request will be sent to your registered email.
5. Once validated, you can click on the respective covers of The Edge Singapore to download issues or pullouts. You can also use the date function to download past issues.

iPad or iPhone:
1. Select the link based on the title you have subscribed to.
2. Click on the link to download the app and click “Open” once downloaded.
3. Click “OK” when prompted to allow the app to send you notifications.
4. Click on “My Profile”.
5. When prompted, enter your username (email address) and password. For new registered users, your password is the same as what you used during registration.
6. For existing subscribers, the password is defaulted to the same as the current app. If you cannot recall your password, select “Forgot your password” and a password change request will be sent to your registered email.
7. Once validated, click on the “Home” icon to return to the homepage.
8. You can click on the cover to download issues. Scroll right to get past issues or you use the search function to download a specific issue or pullout.

Android devices:

Change of the subscriber’s address will be updated in our system immediately, and the effective date will be in line with the next issue.
