  • Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and brand voice
  • Build an editorial calendar for content marketing to attract new leads using social posts, videos, photos etc.
  • Assist sales and circulation with creative sales, commercial events or distribution activations
  • Track engagement and reach on social media platforms for content marketing and sales campaigns
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, video production and other marketing-related projects
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Establish and manage corporate partnerships
  • Manage social media assets and performance


  • MBA or Degree in Marketing
  • Solid experience in both traditional and modern marketing, at least 6 years in managerial role
  • Able to execute an integrated approach of ATL, BTL and TTL Marketing into an overall brand strategy
  • Adept at enhancing SEO/SEM performance
  • Has an eye for innovative and revolutionary content for social media and digital platforms
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking
  • Good proficiency in both written and oral and interpersonal skills


  • Discuss, plan and develop creative concepts (print and video) according to departments’ requirements
  • Assist sales in providing technical specifications to clients’ advertorials
  • Maintain and update social media posts with the marketing team
  • Design mockups of material based on creative brief
  • Ensure all publicity materials are consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to production timeline
  • Ensure in-house and clients’ print ads meet the printer’s requirements
  • Organise and manage The Edge Singapore’s digital library of creative assets such as marketing artworks/print issues


  • Diploma/ Degree in Arts, Design & media Graphic communication, Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Required skills: Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word)
  • Portfolio must be presented as reference for design capabilities
