SINGAPORE (Oct 13): Malaysia-based furniture manufacturer Versalink Holdings posted a 20.5% y-o-y fall in earnings to RM2.6 million ($854,000) in 1H17, compared to earnings of RM3.2 million in the same period last year.
This is mainly attributed a drop in other income, which fell 71.4% y-o-y to RM0.4 million on the back of a decrease in foreign exchange gain of approximately RM1.1 million.
Revenue for the first half ended 31 Aug 2016 rose 3% y-o-y to RM31.3 million.
