SINGAPORE (Nov 15): Developer Sinarmas Land posted a 62.6% fall in 3Q16 earnings to $17.4 million from a year ago due to lower foreign exchange gain of $1.6 million and the absence of the one-off exceptional gain of $30.6 million.
Excluding the exceptional gain, 3Q earnings would have decreased 16.4% instead.
9M earnings came in 54.9% lower at $147.3 million as revenue fell 22.7% to $0.55 million.
