SINGAPORE (Aug 12): IndoAgri, the agribusiness group and manufacturer of edible oils in Indonesia, returned to profitability in 2Q16 with earnings of 30 billion rupiah ($3.1 million) from a loss of 33 billion rupiah a year ago.
The group achieved higher profits on stronger contribution from its edible oils and fats (EOF) division and foreign currency gain.
For 1H16, the group also swung back into the black, posting earnings of 125 billion rupiah compared to a loss of 29 billion rupiah a year ago. Revenue was flat at 6.7 trillion rupiah.
