SINGAPORE (Nov 11): Cedar Strategic Holdings has reported earnings of RMB 2.5 million ($0.5 million) for 3Q16, a turnaround from the net losses of $2.6 million in 3Q15.
The group recorded group revenue of RMB 47.7 million during the quarter to Sept, from the sale of property units in the Daya Bay project of RMB 45.2 million and the rental income from 399 units of holiday apartments of RMB 2.4 million.
Daya Bay was acquired in Nov 2015, and the group did not generate any revenue in 3QFY15.
