SINGAPORE (Mar 6): Listed on Oct 2 last year, Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has an investment strategy to invest in a diversified portfolio of stabilised, income-producing real estate assets and real estate-related assets located globally, primarily for retail and/ or office purposes. Its IPO portfolio comprises a leasehold prime retail property in Singapore ([email protected]) and freehold Grade-A office property with three buildings in Milan, Italy (Sky Complex), with a total appraised value of $1.4 billion.
