Air-conditioning and switchgear specialist Natural Cool Holdings announced that it will be acquiring a 51.0% stake in Nam Fang Co, a plumbing and sanitary contractor based in Singapore for a consideration of $472,600.
The purchase consideration will be satisfied wholly in cash and will be funded by the group's internal resources.
Shares in Natural Cool closed at 4.5 cents on Dec 20.
