(Nov 13): The second-largest shareholder of Jadason Enterprises has resumed buying stock in the company about six months after selling a large chunk of shares on the open market. On Nov 6, Liaw Hin Hao bought a million shares for $86,000 or 8.6 cents each. He scooped up another 1.35 million shares the following day for $123,559, an average of 9.2 cents. The stock closed at 8.7 cents and 9.1 cents on Nov 6 and 7, respectively. Liaw now holds a direct interest of 37.9 million shares, or 5.2% of the company. The company’s CEO Fung Chi Wai holds a 4.5% stake, according to Bloomberg data.
