TPG has won the 4th mobile licence, so what’s next?
SINGAPORE (Dec 15): CIMB is maintaining Singtel as its preferred telco pick with an "add" call with $4.50 target price while sticking to its “hold” calls for M1 and StarHub.

SINGAPORE (Dec 15): CIMB is maintaining Singtel as its preferred telco pick with an "add" call with $4.50 target price while sticking to its “hold” calls for M1 and StarHub.

This comes after last night’s announcement that TPG Telecom had won the bid to become Singapore's fourth mobile operator.
