SINGAPORE (Nov 18): OCBC sees value emerging in ST Engineering after a recent sell-down in shares following soft third quarter results.

Revenue and core profits slipped 3% each on-year and the company faces a weak outlook for the marine sector.

OCBC says it is upgrading ST Engineering to buy from hold after a 12% slide in the company's shares since the results announcement earlier this month.
