SINGAPORE (Nov 9): Maybank says Singtel’s enterprise and fixed broadband business in Singapore and Australia were the revenue growth drivers in 2Q.

SINGAPORE (Nov 9): Maybank says Singtel’s enterprise and fixed broadband business in Singapore and Australia were the revenue growth drivers in 2Q.

But margins are coming under pressure for its wireless business as more contracts in the ICT space are won.

In a Thursday report, analyst Luis Hilado says Singtel has the most defensive business structure among the local telcos due to this and due to its exposure to leading regional associates.
