SINGAPORE (Oct 27): Raffles Medical Group is upgraded to “hold” from “reduce” by CIMB after reporting third quarter results, largely due to a recent share price declines.

CIMB notes that the results themselves were not that good.

Raffles Medical missed forecasts and reported its first-ever decline in foreign patients.
