SINGAPORE (Oct 1): Singapore's property developers and owners need to provide further incentives to close deals due to absence of sustained demand drivers, Cushman & Wakefield says in a note.

Latest data shows private residential property prices fell 1.3% on-quarter in the July-to-September period, marking the eighth consecutive quarter of declines.

A slowing local economy is also expected to keep a lid on house prices.
