SINGAPORE (Dec 17): Phillip Securities Research views “positively” the consideration by OSIM International to exit the Australian nutrition market, following a weak economic environment and fluctuating exchange rate.

On Monday, the group more famously known for its massage chairs, announced that ONI Global (Australia) Pty Ltd will be placed under the administration of Pitcher Partner to review “options”.

ONI Global (Australia) comes under ONI Global, which distributes GNC nutraceutical products. The latter is a subsidiary of OSIM.
