SINGAPORE (Mar 9): CIMB is maintaining Hongkong Land at "add" given its Central office portfolio will continue to benefit from strong Mainland demand and limited supply in the medium term.

Recovery in HK retail, especially in the luxury segment, is also expected to continue in FY18 while proactive land banking in FY17, especially in China, could be a medium-term earnings driver.

"Maintain 'Add', with a target price of US$9.10," says analyst Lung Siu Fung in a Thursday report.
