SINGAPORE (Sept 28): DBS Vickers Securities says Singapore’s property sales volumes for October could be an “interesting data point to note”, given overwhelming interest shown at two new residential developments, Forest Woods and The Alps Residences.

Forest Woods is a project by Mainboard-listed City Developments Limited (CDL) in Serangoon’s District 19 while Alps Residences located in Tampines Avenue 10 is a project by MCC Land.

Both private condominiums, located in the Outside Central Region (OCR), opened for viewing last weekend and will officially launch next month.
