SINGAPORE (Oct 24): CIMB is maintaining its “reduce” call on Cache Logistics Trust (CLT) with a target price of 80 cents as the latter announces a DPU of 1.947 cents, down 14% on year.

In the Friday note, analyst Yeo Zhi Bin pointed out that excluding the capital distribution from divesting Kim Heng Warehouse in 3Q15, DPU for 3Q16 would have fallen 5% year-on-year.

CLT also suffered a $36.1 million devaluation loss from 51 Alps Ave due to the ongoing legal dispute with DB Schenker.
