SINGAPORE (Oct 26): Daiwa has upgraded Cambridge Industrial Trust to hold from underperform but at a lower target price of 63 cents versus 65 cents prior.

The ratings upgrade is explained by the firm's cheaper valuation following after a recent sell-off.

Daiwa says Cambridge Industrial Trust's third quarter net property income was higher than its estimate, though it was partly offset by a rise in expenses.
