Cache Logistics remains attractive despite legal woes
SINGAPORE (Sept 9): Despite new developments in Cache Logistics’ legal dispute with C&P Land, UOB Kay Hian is maintaining its “buy” call with lead analyst Derek Chang forecasting a healthy 8.7% yield.

SINGAPORE (Sept 9): Despite new developments in Cache Logistics’ legal dispute with C&P Land, UOB Kay Hian is maintaining its “buy” call with lead analyst Derek Chang forecasting a healthy 8.7% yield.

Cache Logistics has filed claims against C&P on its failure to return vacant possession of Schenker Megahub.
