SINGAPORE (Dec 10): The direct-selling business of Best World International is gaining traction, says Maybank Kim Eng in an unrated research report out on Tuesday.

Best World is a multi-channel distributor which sells premium skincare, personal care, nutritional and wellness products. It is also the only direct-selling company listed on the SGX and has a presence in 10 countries across the region, supported by a sales force of about 390,000 members.

In 9M15, earnings soared 219% to $6.4 million from a year ago, exceeding FY14’s record of $4.1 million. This was achieved mainly from operational leverage of revenue growth of 21% to $60.7 million, due to strong contribution from Taiwan and China.
