SINGAPORE (Feb 24): Q&M Dental Group, one of Singapore’s largest dental healthcare provider with more than 60 clinics, is conducting a strategic review of its business.

In a filing on Thursday night, Q&M Dental said that the independent review of options available for its business is in line with its commitment to enhance shareholder value.

Q&M Dental has appointed Religare Capital Markets Corporate Finance to carry out the review.

"As part of the strategic review, the company, through Religare Capital Markets, may undertake preliminary discussions with various parties to evaluate the viability of options available for its business," the group said.

However there is no assurance any transaction will materialise from the strategic review, it warned.

The company will make an announcement if there are any new developments.

Shares of Q&M closed 2 cents higher at 74 cents before the announcement.
