Creme Maison takes its own spin on Singapore’s “old but gold” classic breakfast that is traditionally served alongside two soft-boiled eggs and a cuppa. Indulge in the bakery’s Caffe Kaya Toast cake ($68) which boasts the softness of white bread by using sponge cake that’s infused with kopi-gao and layered with the sweet, creamy flavours of kaya.

National Day Preview nights may be over, but diners can still enjoy a panoramic view of Singapore’s skyline over a five-course National Day Set Dinner Menu at Forlino until August 8.
