Singapore’s government said today it will continue to suspend the sale of land on its “confirmed list” in the second half of 2009 due to economic uncertainties.
The government did, however, add three sites to its “reserve list”, increasing the number of land parcels that may be sold to nine from six.
Singapore will only release a site on its “reserve list” for sale if an interested party submits an application for the site at a price that is acceptable to the government.
